My name is Rika Saruhashi; «Neko Ediciones» is the brand name of my publishing activity.

I have a curious experience of making a wish board, and I even named my future publishing house without knowing why I put an image of publishing books. Years passed, and when I had already forgotten about it, I encountered in the year 2015 my friends and Reiki colleagues, the editors of Reikiavik Edicions. Their «crazy proposal» of publishing the Spanish version of Gendai Reiki Ho: The Spirit of Usui Sensei and the Truth about Traditional Reiki resonated with me. I had no doubt or fear of implicating in this project. This is how my path to the translation, edition, and publication of books started.

As I have always translated and interpreted everything related to Usui Reiki in Spanish and English, I decided to dedicate myself to this job professionally instead of doing it voluntarily. 

I have been extremely busy dedicating myself to the realization of the Centenary of Usui Reiki Ryoho, which finally took place in Osaka in April 2023 after six years of preparations; however, after completing this phase of my life, I have initiated my new Reiki life by developing in this area and reaching out to all types of Reiki practitioners transcending lineages.
